Premier Services Group was recently awarded the Mechanical and Fire services upgrade works by QIC as part of a major building works upgrade which needed to have its Building Classification changed.

This project in Brisbane was established based on a multiple tenancy building being demolished and the tenancies merging into a large single tenant occupancy. The new tenancy arrangement required major Fire and Air Conditioning services modifications, new smoke exhaust and make-up air systems.

QIC were pleased in Premier Services Groups combined mechanical and fire services approach to this building classification change, As we proposed an alternate engineering solution that would eventually save approximately 30% of the original total projected value, as well as shortening the original project program significantly, meaning the new tenants could trade in a much shorter timeframe.
